In this class we will explore proper fit into your hull, necessary equipment, paddle stokes, basic rescue techniques and safety on the water. After doing all of these skills in the protective cove at Twin Bridges on Hoover Reservoir we will venture out to open water. From there we will use the skills we just learned to paddle north and explore the islands and see the wild life that surrounds the reservoir. This is a great opportunity to test yourself on what you learned in the cove.
